Replacement Part Service Policy
1, Send an email to colorspiretoyservice@gmail.com to communicate the issue and confirm the parts you need are available with our staff, in the email, please include order ID, your name, photos and descriptions of the problem.

2, Colorspire Toys website customers could request replacement parts for one time with free shipping within 30 days after delivery, and once your requested parts are confirmed through email communication with colorspiretoyservice@gmail.com, they will be sent to you free of charge.The customer could still choose to ship the parts with the next purchase, in this case, 120 points will be rewarded to the customer’s account.

Returns

The customer may return the product within 10 days of receipt of shipment (the date of ‘delivered’ from the tracking system) if the product is not defective. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, plus 20% of the purchased price of the product as the restocking fee.
